From Left to Right Belle, Gunner, and Remi boasting over their days work this fall on our South Dakota Pheasant hunt. My brother's inlaws live North of Pierre and have around 1000 acres of private ground in CRPin one of the best hunting areas in the country. It was the first (won't be the last) time I joined him out there, and I will say that I have never seen so many wild birds in my life! We limited out both days and the dogs had fun! The got their fix of bird scent for the week, and had plenty of birds to retrieve! We definately used more shells than we shot birds, but when they are flying up by the 100's its hard to pick one out of the crowd!
